Conference Registration

Conference registration fees include:

• CD copy of the LCN Proceedings (Main conference and all workshops)
• Admission to all eight workshops
• Admission to all LCN keynote and technical sessions
• Coffee breaks on 11-14 October
• The conference dinner

All workshop and main conference authors must register for the conference.

Registration on or before 10 September 2010 will be granted the lower pre-registration rates; registration after 10 September 2010 will be at the higher late registration rates.

Registration may be done online using the IEEE online conference registration Web site. Alternatively, download the LCN 2010 Conference Registration form, and mail or fax to the IEEE.

Registration Fee Schedule

CANCELLATION POLICY: All requests for cancellations must be in writing. No refund will be made after 10 September 2010. There will be a US$200.00 service charge on all refunds.

INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS: Paper authors (main conference and workshops) will be asked to register by July 28, 2010 (i.e., before their paper goes to the publisher) or their paper will not be included in the program/proceedings. Each registration is good for one paper; each additional paper by the same registrant will require an additional $200 to cover the cost for EDAS and publishing. The maximum number of papers that can be covered with one registration is three.

The IEEE reserves the right to exclude paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

Hotel Registration

The LCN 2010 conference hotel is the Sheraton Denver Downtown.

Hotel Room Rates

Hotel reservations can be made at the Hotel Reservation Page. The group rate will be available until September 10, 2010, subject to room availability.
