Conference and Hotel Registration Information

Conference Registration

Conference registration fees include:

  • CD copy of the LCN Proceedings (Main conference and all workshops)
  • Admission to all seven workshops
  • Admission to all LCN keynote and technical sessions
  • Coffee breaks and lunches on 20-23 October
  • The conference dinner on 21 October

All workshop and main conference authors must register for the conference.

Registration on or before 15 September 2009 will be granted the lower pre-registration rates; registration after 15 September 2009 will be at the higher late registration rates.

Registration may be done online using the IEEE online conference registration Web site. Alternatively, download the LCN 2009 Conference Registration form (attendees | authors), and mail or fax to the IEEE.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All requests for cancellations must be in writing. No refund will be made after 15 September 2009. There will be a US$200.00 service charge on all refunds.

INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS: Every paper accepted must have an associated registration at the full member or non-member rate. A single author may register up to two additional papers for $150 each after the initial registration.

The IEEE reserves the right to exclude paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

INFORMATION ON STUDENT PARTICIPATION GRANTS: A limited number of student grants are available to student authors of full accepted papers. The grants are sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society Technical Committee on Computer Communications (TCCC) and the Communications Systems Research Group CSG at the Computer Science Department (Institut für Informatik, IFI) of the University of Zurich, UZH, Switzerland.   • 25,- CHF for breakfast will be added to the room rate for double use
  • Zuürich City Tax: 2,50 CHF per person/night to be added
