Remote (Virtual) Attendee Information
If you are joining remotely as an attendee or presenting as a virtual presenter, please use the following Zoom session information to join LCN 2025 virtually.

Those attending in person who wish to also login via Zoom (e.g., to contribute to chat discussions or communicate with remote attendees) should follow the step above. However, please ensure that your microphone is muted at all times, and that your audio output is muted or set to a headphone. This is crucial to avoid echo loops in the complex audio system we have setup for this hybrid conference.
Local Information
Conference registration and session rooms:
The registration desk is in the pre-function area on the first floor, next to the conference rooms. All plenary and paper sessions for the main conference will be held in the main conference room (Farm Cove + Bennelong Point). All sessions of the special track will be held in the Port Jackson room. The demo and poster sessions will be held in the pre-function area. They can be set up prior to the start of the session.
Coffee, Tea and Lunch:
Coffee and Tea will be served during the morning and afternoon breaks in the pre-function area. Lunch is provided in the hotel restaurant (Thomas Street Kitchen & Bar) on the ground floor on all three days.
WiFi:
Please connect to the WiFi network titled "Sydney Central Hotel Conference" and follow the steps in the portal. No password is required.
Banquet Dinner Cruise:
We will enjoy a delicious dinner while cruising along the world-famous Sydney Harbour. The dinner cruise will be held on Wednesday, 15th October, from 18:00 to 21:00 (6 – 9 pm). The Dress Code is relaxed; there is no need for a suit or a tie. You might bring a light jacket. Relax and enjoy.
One dinner is included in your registration for everybody. If you need a second dinner ticket, please ask at the registration desk for availability.
We will board the Captain Cook III cruise boat from No. 2, King Street Wharf. See the provided map on the back of this page.
We will assemble in the hotel lobby at 17:15 (5:15 pm) SHARP and walk together towards the departure point. It is a 25-minute walk (2 km). A map is included below. If you plan to make your own way, then make sure you reach the departure point by 17:45 (5:45 pm). The cruise will end at the same wharf at approximately 21:00 (9:00 pm). If you are unable to walk, please contact the local team for alternative arrangements.
