The 48th IEEE Conference on Local Computer Networks (LCN), October 1-5, 2023, in Daytona Beach, Florida, USA

Call For Workshops

Scope and Overview

The IEEE LCN 2023, now in its 48th year, is the premier conference on theoretical and practical aspects of computer networking. LCN will feature a series of half and full-day workshops and invites the submission of workshop proposals. The aim of the conference workshops is to emphasize emerging topics that are more focused than what is being covered in the main conference. Workshops should highlight current topics related to theoretical and practical aspects of computer networking as well as emerging state-of-the-art visionary topics, and should include a mix of regular papers, invited presentations and panels that encourage the participation of attendees in active discussion.

Accepted LCN 2023 workshop papers will be included in the conference proceeding published in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, showing their affiliation with IEEE LCN. We expect all accepted workshops to adhere to a common paper submission (i.e., two-column IEEE conference style, maximum paper length of six pages) and reviewing schedule, as outlined in the dates indicated below. Workshop Co-chairs will provide support for organizers of accepted workshops to ensure a high-quality workshop program and that accepted articles meet all IEEE publication requirements.

To be included in the conference proceedings, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the workshop.
